Pineapple Smoothie

I had a bit of cashew milk leftover last Sunday that I wanted to use up.  I poked around my freezer for some frozen fruit and found just enough pineapple pieces. It was the perfect post-hike cool-down drink for us.

Then today, my mom gave me the sweetest, perfectly ripe pineapple so I was tempted to make this again. Luckily, I made a fresh batch of cashew milk yesterday so we were able to enjoy the treat again! Be creative and add mangoes or berries to jazz up a nut-milk based smoothie!


  • 8 oz Cashew Milk or other Nut Milk
  • 1 cup pineapple pieces, fresh or frozen
  • 5 -6 ice cubes if using fresh pineapples


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process till smooth.
