  1. Protect your cell phones! Electro-Magnetic Fields (EMF’s) from cell phones are extremely harmful. Imagine these invisible frequencies shooting straight through your head each time you answer the phone, as well as through your body if you carry your phone in your pocket – even when you’re not on it. Your phones are constantly sending and receiving data (and way more if you have a smart phone!) so it is imperative that you protect yourself from these frequencies. REMEDY: Cell phone protectors of the past were big and bulky. Meet the Q-Tape: an adhesive backed tape of metal allow which absorbs radiation!   2. Stop Microwaving! It’s an accepted commodity in our modern world but when you nuke your food, you are killing essential nutrients AND eating radiated food! Warm your food in a toaster oven, a pot instead. Yes it takes a little more time, but definitely worth it!
  3. Up your anti-Oxidants! All of these radiation frequencies cause OXIDATION (like the process of the metal turning to rust) in your bodies. Make sure you get anti-oxidant rich berries, pomegranate and dark green leafy veggies like kale!
