You don’t need a fancy salad dressing to jazz up your greens. Be creative and use the basic ingredients you have at home.
- 1/4 cup olive, flaxseed, sesame (raw, not roasted) oil or any combo.
- 1-2 tbsp apple cider ume plum, or brown rice vinegar.
- Agave nectar, slice of apple or pear for sweetness
- Minced garlic, ginger, onion, herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
***Combine all ingredients well. If desired, blend all ingredients
together with a small piece of onion or apple to create a creamy
