Coffee Enema

Caffeine and the enzymes present in coffee, called palmitates, help the liver to stimulate bile production, open duct dilation and increase in bile flow. Toxins filtered in the liver are carried in the bile to the intestines for removal. The enzymes also have anti-oxidant properties, helping to lessen cell damage by quenching free radicals. Theophylline and theobromine (two other chemicals in coffee) dilate blood vessels and counter inflammation of the gut.

Ear Candling

EAR CANDLING is an ancient practice that has been around for thousands of years. The tapered end of a hollow candle is placed snugly into the ear and the other end is the lit. The mild heat circulating inside the ear softens and dislodges wax and debris and pulls it out of the ear canal and into the ear candle. Difficulty hearing can be partly caused by congestion in the ear by debris and wax.
