DIY Veggie Wash

Here's an easy veggie wash (adapted from recipezaar) you can make with items in your kitchen.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbs organic lemon juice
  • 10 drops grapefruit seed extract
  • 2 tbs aluminum free baking soda
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 3/4 cup organic white or apple cider vinegar

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a sprayer bottle.
  2. Shake well before use.
  3. Spray veggies and fruit and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Rinse well.

    • Pinch sea salt
    Directions

    1. Drain nuts.
    2. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
