Dave’s Gourmet Korean Food

Dave, a former acupuncturist, created Dave’s Gourmet Korean Food – a line of vegetarian, vegan and msg-free line of traditional Korean banchan (side dishes) that are usually eaten as part of every meal with rice and a soup or stew.

He omits the shrimp, oysters, and clams that are used in kim-chi and makes fish-less fish-cake-like ‘tempeh‘ – a fermented bean patty.

Korean Ginger Chicken Soup (Baek-Sook)

Prep Time: <1 hr | Cook Time: 1- 2 hours | Serves: 2 This is an alternative to the popular Korean dish, sam-gye-tang, made with ginseng and dates. Though the ginseng version is commonly eaten in the summer to release sweat and thus cool the body, this ginger version can be enjoyed in the winter for an extra boost to your immune system.

Chicken Tikka Masala with Arora Creations

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 4
