Chocolate Cashew Milk

Yes. You can also put chocolate in your nut milk! You can make in advance and store in refrigerator for 3-5 days. Shake well before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for at least 1 hour
  • 12 oz filtered water
  • 2 Tbs. raw cacao nibs or 2 oz piece of 70% cacao or darker chocolate
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbs. raw agave nectar
  • Pinch sea salt

Directions

  1. Drain nuts.
  2. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
