Available at stores that carry Simply Organic seasonings, this concoction of dehydrated veggies and spices makes wonderful shortcut to dressing up both veggies and meats! My favorite is using them to grill/roast eggplants!

We use greens instead of tortilla or pita in this recipe to provide a low-carb, quick lunch option. This recipe works really well for a packed lunch. Just make sure to cool the mushrooms before arranging and packing the wrap.

I’m definitely taking advantage of the fresh heirloom tomatoes everywhere this summer. This is a light, flavorful salad that requires no dressing!
I picked up a few bags of Gourmet Valley’s Heirloom beans at Whole Foods because they are sooo pretty! They aren’t as pretty after cooking them (loses some of the details on them) but they definitely are tasty! With names like “Christmas Lima Beans” and “Eye of the Goat”, how can they not be cool to try! Three packs are are discounted on Amazon!
One of my most-used tools, this 2-in-1 lemon&lime juicer from Amco is a handy little tool will cut out the messy, acidic clean-up required every time you need fresh lemon or lime juice! I’ve been using mine almost everyday for the past 2 years and recently, a small piece of the pretty yellow enamel chipped off, exposing the aluminum inside. Now, the chipped area is on the side, where my half-cut lemons won’t normally touch but I wonder about heavy metal leaching. 🙁

This raw and wonderfully flavorful cold tomato soup is perfect on a hot summer day. Scour your local farmer’s market for tomatoes picked at the peak of ripeness. Garnish with beans and avocado for added texture and flavor.

This Asian inspired dressing is sweet yet not too spicy to be subtle enough for any salad!
